|Nabi Raza Mir (a.k.a. Nabi Raza Abidi) of Saba Islamic Center is a promoter of Khomeinism and supporter of Hezbollah (an international terrorist organization that has murdered hundreds of Americans)!|
SABA, a pro-Iranian regime and pro-Hezbollah organization headed by one Sajjad Mir and currently located at 4415 Fortran Ct., San Jose, California 95134, gathered a large number of letters of support for its legal case from its Khomeinist congregation. According to one SABA Center newsletter, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) "forced" Nabi Mir to "stay in India":
"Our beloved Leader/Imam Maulana Nabi Raza Mir (Abidi) was unfairly forced to stay in India by US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) while he was visiting his critically ill mother. SABA is filing a case in the district court to order DHS to allow him to return home to be with his family and the community."
SABA Center and Nabi Mir, et al, are represented Van Der Hout, Brigagliano & Nightingale, LLP, a law firm based in San Francisco, California.
|Ali R. Mir (a.k.a. Ishraq Abidi) of Saba Center wants to "take the gun and fight the Zionist (i.e., Jews) and the Nawasib (i.e., Sunni Muslims)!" Ali is the son of the SABA in-house mullah Nabi Raza Mir (a.k.a. Nabi Raza Abidi).|
The list of defendants in the lawsuit included the following high profile U.S. Government officials:
- Alejandro Mayorkas, Director of USCIS
- David Aguilar, Deputy Commissioner, US Customs and Border Protection
- Eric Holder, Attorney General, Department of Justice
- Hillary Clinton, Secretary of State
- Janet Napolitano, Secretary of Homeland Security
- Perry Rhew, Director of USCIS Administrative Appeals
- Rosemary L. Melville, Director of USCIS California Service Center

Needless to say, Nabi Mir was not "unfairly forced" to stay in his true homeland, for he has spent much of his time in the United States promoting the oppressive Iranian regime and its Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. Nabi Mir also went on a prolonged and wild witch hunt for FBI Special Agents, accusing his opposition in the Bay Area Shia community of being U.S. Government spies. He also involved Hezbollah in the matters of the SABA and other local Shia congregations and blacklisted his adversaries. This led to the endangerment of the lives of U.S. citizens.
Nabi Raza Mir created tremendous suffering in the lives of many Americans, all in the name of Velayat-e Faqih and the desire to mercilessly suppress any opposition to the clergy class. Indeed, Nabi Mir openly preaches that "the mullahs are the inheritors of the Prophets." Hence, they must not be opposed in any fashion. It somehow escapes the limited totalitarian mind of Nabi Mir that we are not living in the Dark Ages. This is the 21st Century where even the average citizen has a voice that can be easily heard and a message that can be readily read. Welcome to the world of the Internet Nabi Raza!
Nabi Mir, Gulshan, and their three youngest sons left the United States on December 25, 2010. This had happened after Nabi Mir had twice lost his legal bids to stay in America lawfully. According to the SABA Center spokesman Mehboob "Bob" Abedi, Nabi Mir was scheduled to come back into the San Francisco Bay Area along with his wife Gulshan Zahera and his three youngest sons on January 25, 2011. However, the airline company he was using "refused to let him board his return flight based on instructions from US embassy in India."

According to SABA, Nabi Mir's first I-360 permanent residence petition was denied in December 2006, two years after it was filed. In June 2007, SABA Center filed yet another I-360 petition for its extremist in-house imam. In November 2007, the new permanent residence application was rejected too. SABA Center filed an appeal, which was affirmatively denied by the U.S. Government three years later, in January 2011.
SABA Center stated that Nabi Mir left of his own will because his mother was very sick and in a coma. However, there is no way to independently confirm the truth of this claim. It could simply be a ruse to gain sympathy in the court.

Zaheer is based in the Bay Area, where he operates Velayat TV USA and the Imam Ali Islamic Center of Castro Valley, California. Also, second from left, right behind Zaheer is Sayed Rizvi, a longterm SABA Center trustee and director as well as president of Pascal Engineering, Inc.|
According to chronic SABA Islamic Center board member Hossein Falahati, when Nabi Mir came next to his allegedly comatose mother, she readily regained consciousness and ultimately recovered. This was a hint at the supposedly extraordinary healing prowess of Nabi Mir. Indeed, successful Khomeinist mullahs must continuously maintain an impression of holiness and spiritualism among their misguided followers. Yet, Nabi Raza failed to alert the convicted felon and SABA Center imam Rafic Labboun not return to the U.S., where he faced arrest, prosecution and imprisonment!

Have we mentioned that Nabi Raza Mir is from Alipur, the Mini Iran in Karnataka, India? The name of the hospital in that backward extremist town is Khomeini and it is controlled by the local "Sadat" mullahs! Hard to tell who is sick there and who is just playing games with the Department of Justice to gain reentry into the United States!
